Repair Status
With the Burratronics online Repair Status system, you can quickly check the status of current repairs with ease.
You will need:
- Your four (4) digit Work Order ID
- Your phone number used at check in
Waiting for Bench: Your device has not yet been assessed/diagnosed, but is in the queue (please note that jobs are worked on in a first come, first served basis unless priority is required – priority charges may apply).
On The Bench: Your device is currently being worked on by one of our Technicians.
Pending / On Hold: Your repair is currently on hold/we’ve tried to contact you regarding your repair. Please call Burratronics Customer on 07 4092 7038 at your earliest convenience.
Waiting for Parts: Parts are required for your repair to be completed. These parts have been ordered, but are still in transit.
To request a status update, please complete the below form and a member from Burratronics Customer Service will be in touch. Please include your four (4) digit Work Order/Job ID so we can easily locate your Work Order.
